Arriving at NERCC I was warmly greeted by plentiful staff on site, to help me feel right at home, I was immediately told where to go and what to do. The dinning experience was quite tasteless, not even worthy of one star, but mention-able only because of the fresh all you can eat salad bar. The sleeping quarters were quite cramped, and of foul odor, but the other residents were very friendly. The bunks are steel, outfitted with a plastic covered mattress and thin plastic covered pillow, so sleeping was not very restful. Over all, it was not a very pleasant experience, only saved by the very friendly staff members.
